If you’re considering bringing a loved one to Carlyle house for any one of our expert care services, you’ll want to contact our admissions team first. Our staff will want to get as much information as possible from you in order to proceed with admitting your loved one here. Every situation is different including rehabilitation, skilled nursing as well as hospice services. Any member is currently in a hospital with an illness or receiving a medical procedure, in most cases hospital staff will contact Carlyle House in advance.

One of the best ways to get acquainted with Carlyle House and get all your questions answered is to book a tour with our caring professionals. You’ll get the benefit of seeing first-hand our entire campus, speak with the professionals that may be caring for your loved one as well as understand topics such as financial obligations, insurance coverage and other questions that may arise. Keep in mind, these tours are subject to current COVID-19 conditions, DPH and CDC regulations.
